Overview

As the Head of US Federal, Aerospace and Defense, Digital Industries, you will lead strategic initiatives with U.S. Federal Agencies, Aerospace, and Defense sectors to achieve profit, growth, and high customer and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the FA&D business unit deploying Siemens' portfolio and automation solutions for the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, other Federal Agencies (DOT, DHS, etc.), and major A&D OEMs.
- Empower and manage multiple sales teams with an adaptive leadership style.
- Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies for DoD and A&D sectors.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership focused on end-user needs in the FA&D sectors.
- Drive growth and enhance the FA&D business segment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in selling large strategic enterprise solutions to the DoD or equivalent OEM sales.
- Proven quota achievement history and strong strategic thinking abilities.
- 5+ years’ experience in relevant IT/OT markets and government contracting.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Military background advantageous for industry understanding.
- 8+ years of experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and commercialize solutions.
