Head of Learning & Growth India
Siemens AG is a global technology powerhouse that integrates digital and physical worlds, focusing on intelligent infrastructure, automation, digitalization and smart mobility solutions. The Head of Learning & Growth India will work within the Talent & Organization (TO) India team to drive innovative learning strategies and initiatives, closely collaborating with HR leadership and business stakeholders to enhance learning and growth across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with P&O leadership and business stakeholders on learning initiatives.
- Lead a team of learning partners to implement the Siemens Learning Ecosystem and MyGrowth framework.
- Drive innovation in learning and transformation by consulting on strategic initiatives.
- Manage outsourcing and governance functions with service providers.
- Utilize data and analytics for strategic decision making.
- Network with industry experts and work closely with global leaders to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
Candidates should possess 10-12 years of experience in executive business partnering and L&D consulting, with at least 3 years in team leadership. The role requires a proven track record in transformation management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory, along with strong analytical skills and a growth mindset.
