Your Role as a Digitalization Consultant

As a Digitalization Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance at Siemens Financial Services India:

• Work with the digitalization transformation manager to develop and maintain digital business solutions for COF India (SFSPL, SFPL).
• Collaborate closely with business users to deeply understand their use cases throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Support business growth through innovation by identifying new business opportunities.
• Partner with SFS IT teams in India and Munich to develop in-house solutions, utilizing available infrastructure, and ensuring strict adherence to IT compliance and data security measures.
• Engage regularly with management and senior business leaders to deliver digital solutions that meet daily automation needs, enhance operational excellence, and leverage data and systems for new lead generation and business insights.

What You'll Bring

We are seeking minds with strong technical aptitude and collaborative spirit:

• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in technology, computer science, with programming skills in 1-2 modern languages.
• Proficiency in R, Shiny, and/or Python is preferred.
• Strong data skills including data analytics, pipelines, munging, dashboarding, and MIS.
• Experience in developing full-stack applications (front-end, back-end with databases).
• Ability to work collaboratively with Development Operations and IT Teams.
• Some experience in understanding deployment, maintenance, and DevOps principles.
• Quick learning ability, demonstrated through academic achievements or on-the-job skills.
• Proven collaboration skills across diverse business and non-business teams.
• A keen interest and aptitude in finance-related applications, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) technology.

Location & Culture

This role is based in Mumbai, India. You will also have opportunities to travel to other locations within India and internationally, contributing to projects that impact cities and countries globally.
