Overview

As the Data and AI Enablement Lead, you will serve as a collaborative catalyst between Siemens Smart Infrastructure US business units, transformation leaders, and IT delivery teams to accelerate digital maturity and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a Digital Maturity Forum (DMF) to foster collaboration among key data and AI leaders.
  • Scale successful AI use cases across business units and functions.
  • Develop AI governance frameworks, guidelines, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with business units on criteria and metrics for evaluating AI efficiency.
  • Support evaluation of AI tools, platforms, and vendors in line with global strategies.
  • Ensure IT services and platforms are fit for purpose across global tech hubs.
  • Identify and support cross-functional digitalization opportunities.
  • Drive U.S. initiatives for communication, training, and adoption of AI and automation tools.
  • Monitor AI trends and recommend technologies and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business.
  • Prior leadership in transformation initiatives such as RPA, analytics, and generative AI.
  • 7+ years professional experience with at least 3 years in digital transformation roles.
  • Experience in coordinating forums or governance boards centred on digital or AI topics.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.

Benefits & Compensation

Siemens offers a comprehensive health and wellness benefits package and competitive compensation. The pay range for this position is $126,980 - $217,680, plus an annual incentive target.
