Role Overview

The Data and AI Enablement Lead is a collaborative catalyst who will work with Siemens Smart Infrastructure US business units, transformation leaders, and IT delivery teams. The focus is on accelerating digital maturity and adoption of AI, building community and aligning strategies with clear criteria and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Maturity Forum for data and AI leaders.
  • Scale and promote successful AI use cases across business units.
  • Develop AI governance frameworks and protocols.
  • Collaborate to evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors.
  • Ensure IT services are fit for purpose in global tech hubs.
  • Drive digitalization opportunities with cross-functional teams.
  • Support US communication, training, and AI adoption initiatives.
  • Monitor AI trends and advise on new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in transformation roles.
  • Experience with RPA, analytics, generative AI, and digital projects.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in coordinating forums, communities, or governance boards.
  • Knowledge in designing enterprise data and AI architecture and cost management.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on project management experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Benefits and Pay

Siemens offers comprehensive health and wellness benefits. The pay range for this role is $126,980 - $217,680 annually, with an annual performance incentive.
