About The Job
The Client Success team ensures our 12,000+ global clients are delighted with their solutions and services, realizing value and achieving desired business outcomes. As a Client Success Manager, you will be a client advocate guiding clients post-deal closure and crafting outstanding experiences throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and execute Success Plans to deliver business outcomes
- Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to demonstrate ROI
- Drive adoption of Brightly products via data-driven insights
- Contribute to client collateral including white papers, webinars, and guides
- Engage clients with creative outreach and proactive support
What You Need
- BA/BS degree or 5+ years of Client Success experience
- 2+ years in Client Support or Success roles
- Deep understanding of SaaS operations, subscription revenue, and product cycles
- Experience with tools like ChurnZero, Gainsight, or similar
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
