Brief Position Description – Business Unit Controlling Professional

As a Business Unit Controlling Professional, you will be a vital part of the Business Unit Accounting & Controlling function, serving as a key partner to Business Unit Management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting BU Management in annual financial planning, including the preparation and calculation of yearly budgets.
• Consolidating budgets and forecasts, encompassing both top-down and bottom-up planning, with periodic updates throughout the year.
• Providing regular business performance reports and Management Information System (MIS) data to enable informed management decision-making.
• Coordinating and supporting internal and external audit requirements, including the submission of necessary data and documentation.
• Ensuring stringent compliance with Siemens' financial reporting guidelines (IFRS) and internal control policies.
• Managing data requirements related to Related Party Transactions (RPT) and Transfer Pricing, in close coordination with CF T, CF R, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Handling ad-hoc finance data requests and analyses as required to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Business Unit Controlling Professional role will possess:

• A CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) qualification with over 10 years of overall experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Accounting & Controlling.
• Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
• Expertise in SAP.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
