Role Overview

In the Associate - Cybersecurity Process Audit role, you will:

  • Perform hands-on risk assessments of processes and controls.
  • Identify security gaps and evaluate root causes.
  • Support execution of audits on IT systems, products, services, and software centers.
  • Translate technical findings into actionable management information.
  • Review cybersecurity aspects of product security, software development lifecycle, and cloud environments.
  • Assess cybersecurity governance including policies, incident handling, and vulnerability management.

What You Need To Make Real What Matters

Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; minimum 2 years of cybersecurity experience; strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills. Experience in user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management, incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial controls, and secure software development is ideal. Fluency in English is required; German or other languages are a plus. Flexibility to travel internationally and embrace a mobile work culture is essential.
