Application Services Engineer & Asset Management for Service Platform
Onboarding Support
- Define / standardize regional processes targeting onboarding regional users, tasks and activities into the ISP platform.
- Coordinate onboarding activities from initial planning to full onboarding of RCs.
- Act as the primary contact for onboarding-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and continuously improve onboarding documentation, templates, and workflows.
- Collaborate with regional teams and functional roles to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities.
- Support platform configuration and user access setup in alignment with role requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide guidance and training to onboarding users.
Asset Management & Regional Support
- Serve as SME for asset management within the ISP context.
- Provide guidance and training to regional teams on asset data quality improvement as well as for asset management developed functionalities.
- Support implementation of asset-related initiatives and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Liaise with regional stakeholders to address asset-related challenges and new functionalities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving onboarding and asset management.
- Support knowledge sharing and documentation across teams.
- Facilitate workshops for asset management & onboarding use case sharing across regions.
- Assist in reporting and analytics related to onboarding and asset utilization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Process orientation and capability of synthetizing and standardizing tasks/activities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience in onboarding, operations, or asset lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with asset management systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work across functions and regions with a collaborative mindset (Cultural intelligence).
- Experience in Data Science would be a plus.
