Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer Editor in our Point of Care Business, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and processing customer-facing documentation such as manuals and instructions for use. You will ensure technical accuracy, legibility, and compliance to quality and branding standards by gathering information from subject matter experts and analyzing user needs. You will also work closely with translation service providers, printers, Document Control, and Quality Assurance Specialists.

• Prepare and maintain technical documents for IVD Medical Devices.
• Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, and marketing teams.
• Oversee labeling changes and coordinate change control packages.
• Proofread and edit content for consistency and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of experience in IVD Medical Device documentation is required. Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, and MS Word is essential. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Experience in working independently and collaboratively with internal and external experts is vital.
