About the Role

The Head of Contract Administration at Siemens Healthineers will lead the Contract Administration In-Vivo Sales & Service teams within the Finance Team. This role acts as the commercial support to the Zone Head of Order to Cash, ensuring process efficiency and financial accuracy of transactions generated by the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-team collaboration for optimal performance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all processes.
  • Provide backlog transparency and forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain operational excellence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Standardize and digitalize the OTC process based on the global reference framework OTC@Healthineers.
  • Develop team members to handle future challenges.

About You

Candidates should have previous experience in a commercial and/or accounting environment, particularly within the SAP P58 environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI is required, along with advanced knowledge of SAP-P58. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of IFRS15 global accounting guidelines are essential. A degree in Business Administration or Accounting is desirable.
