Contract Administrator – Customer Services - Imaging

Join Siemens Healthineers in shaping the future of healthcare with integrity, precision, and purpose. We are looking for a Contract Administrator – Customer Services for the Imaging business to join our team in Bangalore.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Service Order / Contract Processing
  • Timely billing of contracts and Data Hygiene of Service contracts
  • Serve as the SPOC for central topics with stakeholders regarding revenue recognition, cost, and margins
  • Ensure Order on Hand (OOH) Program execution on a monthly basis
  • Forecast and monthly monitoring of Customer Service (CS) Pipeline of Business (POB) from Equipment to Service business (e.g., Extended warranty revenue, application services revenue)
  • Review cost bookings and initiate Internal cost recovery
  • Forecast and monitor Commission business revenue
  • Actively participate in Digitalization / Automation initiatives
  • Coordinate for Audit requirements
  • Comply with company policies, guidelines & procedures to protect business interests and reputation.
