Overview
As a Strategy & Innovation Manager at Siemens Energy, you will steer cross‑functional teams around strategic priorities, lead workshop sessions, support competitor benchmarking, and prepare innovation business cases for executive review.

- Curiosity, growth mindset, and hands-on leadership without formal authority.
- University degree and comfort with global collaboration and travel.
- Prior experience in the power plant/energy sector is a plus.
