GenAI/Copilot Agent Developer at Siemens Energy
As a GenAI/Copilot Agent Developer at Siemens Energy, you will be instrumental in designing and building custom Copilot agents using cutting-edge Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry technologies. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to tackle complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and deploy groundbreaking AI applications that contribute to our vision of becoming the most valued energy technology company globally.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the global energy transition by contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across various departments. Your work will directly impact how Siemens Energy leverages advanced AI to meet growing energy demands reliably and sustainably.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and build custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Analyze symptoms and pinpoint the root cause of intricate client issues reported by customers and end-users.
- Perform user consulting for new and existing business requirements.
- Understand business requirements and develop product functional and technical specifications.
- Lead the development and implementation of new Generative AI applications.
- Enforce a high-quality customer service culture within your projects.
- Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry through continuous internal and external training.
What You Bring
We are looking for a candidate with a robust background and specific skills:
- Proven experience in Generative AI development, specifically with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry, with a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Automate), M365, and SharePoint integrations.
- Direct experience and knowledge of Co-Pilot are highly advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly within a global environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Clear, logical, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High responsiveness and keen perception in problem-solving.
