As a GenAI/Copilot Agent Developer at Siemens Energy, you will be instrumental in designing and building custom Copilot agents using cutting-edge Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry technologies. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and build custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Analyze symptoms and pinpoint the root cause of intricate client issues reported by customers and end-users.
• Perform user consulting for new and existing business requirements.
• Understand business requirements and develop product functional and technical specifications.
• Lead the development and implementation of new Generative AI applications.
• Enforce a high-quality customer service culture within your projects.
• Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry through continuous internal and external training.

What You Bring

We are looking for a candidate with a robust background and specific skills:

• Proven experience in Generative AI development, specifically with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry, with a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Automate), M365, and SharePoint integrations.
• Direct experience and knowledge of Co-Pilot are highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly within a global environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Clear, logical, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High responsiveness and keen perception in problem-solving.
