Siemens Energy is seeking a skilled Generative AI Agent Developer to design and build custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry. You will collaborate closely with team members to address complex issues, build innovative solutions, and deploy groundbreaking AI applications.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will:

  • Design and build custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Analyze symptoms and pinpoint root causes of client issues.
  • Perform user consulting for new and existing business requirements.
  • Develop both product functional and technical requirements.
  • Implement new applications with a focus on quality customer service.
  • Stay updated with industry technological changes via training.

What You Bring

Applicants should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in GenAI development with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, M365, and SharePoint integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
  • Clear, logical, and effective communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
