Siemens Energy invites ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our Future Energy Graduates Internship Program. This 6 to 12-month internship, located across Saudi Arabia (Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh), offers an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.

What You Need to Help Us Energize Society?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (for Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh), or Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumentation and Control Engineering (I&C) (for Dammam only).
• You have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026 (strictly).
• You actively participated in extracurricular activities and projects during your university years.
• You demonstrate strong curiosity, learning abilities, ambition, and excellent communication skills.
• You enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly, taking ownership of challenges and ideas.
• You are energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
• You think logically, are willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem-solving.
• You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

What Part Will You Play?

• Attend 100% of the program, accounting for emergency and sick leaves.
• Embrace the high-performance culture and learning journey.
• Successfully complete all assigned tasks and duties.
• Abide by Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.
