Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As an Electrical Installation Supervisor International HVDC Projects at Siemens Energy, you will lead our international HVDC initiatives. This role involves managing on-site erection, technical clarifications, resource planning, and quality assurance while working on groundbreaking energy solutions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

On-Site Erection Processing:

  • Engage in technical clarifications with manufacturers and subcontractors.
  • Plan resources for erection including personnel and site logistics.
  • Ensure quality on-site with Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR).
  • Document erection of electro-technical components and update documents.
  • Collaborate on project completion reports and lesson learned summaries.
  • Support technical clarifications with customers and suppliers.

Technical Product/System Skills:

  • Work with AIS 110 kV-800 kV/GIS 72.5 kV-550 kV systems.
  • Manage HV-DC valves (Thyristor-Transistor-Based).
  • Oversee LV installation, transformers, and battery systems.

What You Bring

You should hold a degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering and have 3-5 years of experience in high-voltage industrial erection work. Overseas experience, fluency in English, proficiency in German, leadership capability, valid passport, and international driving license are required. Experience with BIM or Lean Management is highly valued.
