Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead and drive the successful execution of technical service engagements. You will manage a team of 15+ engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with profitability and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 15+ engineers across multiple service engagements.
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee all phases of project lifecycles from planning through execution and closure.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively solve problems.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Partner with sales and technical teams to scope new engagements and set realistic delivery timelines.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience managing complex, high-volume IT service projects.
  • Strong team leadership background with experience managing engineering or technical teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver service engagements efficiently and profitably.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with VMware projects is highly preferred.
  • Consultative approach with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
