Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Analyst ( Business Analyst + System Analyst) who has experience in DealCloud ( or Affinity CRM tools) preferred and has a background of Private equity and credit markets to effectively bridge the gap between business and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into detailed technical requirements and support day-to-day business activities.

  • Requirements gathering
  • Stakeholder interviews/workshops

  • Process mapping and documentation

2. Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities
  • Ability to understand technical architectures and system integrations
  • Translating business needs into technical specifications

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Managing relationships across business and engineering teams
  • Working with geographically distributed teams (especially US and UK/London stakeholders)
  • Facilitating discussions and driving consensus
  • Pro-active engagement of any business issue resolution

4. Agile Delivery

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
  • Supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, testing, and UAT
  • Ownership from requirements through implementation & delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Partner with developers, QA teams, and project managers.
  • Support solution design and implementation.
  • Coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure business objectives are delivered successfully end-to-end.

  • Cross-regional collaboration (US and UK teams)
