The Opportunity

We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager - Automation to lead our AI-driven automation initiatives across business and engineering workflows. You will define and deliver intelligent systems that reduce manual effort, enhance decision-making, and transform operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive Automation Strategy: Identify and prioritize high-ROI automation opportunities across internal and customer-facing workflows.
  • Define Product Vision: Translate business needs into clear product specifications and success metrics using AI technologies.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders to build scalable automation solutions.
  • Integrate AI into Core Products: Develop roadmaps for embedding automation into existing products.
  • Ensure Governance and Compliance: Align initiatives with data governance and compliance standards.
  • Evaluate and Implement Technologies: Conduct vendor assessments and manage proofs of concept with platforms like Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI APIs.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, ML, or automation.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, OCR, and predictive models.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and vendor evaluation processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
