Job Description

Digital Media Buyer - FinTech

At Shuttle99, we’re not your average FinTech company. We’re fast-growing, bold, and obsessed with creating smart solutions that actually move the needle for our clients around the world. Now we’re looking for a Media Buyer to join our crew- someone who loves the thrill of paid campaigns, and is ready to learn fast in a global, dynamic environment. This isn’t a “push buttons and report clicks” kind of role. You’ll get your hands dirty running real campaigns, learning the art (and science) of paid traffic, and directly seeing the results of your work. If you’re hungry, curious, and ready to grow, this is the place.

Tasks

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (focus), TikTok, X, and other social media platforms.
  • Test and refine creatives, audiences, and placements through A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Track performance metrics and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner with our affiliate marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall strategy.
  • Stay on top of digital trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish- any other languages are a big plus.
  • Solid experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, and more).
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Clear and confident communicator: able to present insights and strategies to the team.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Always curious and ready to test new ideas, tools, and approaches.
