Role: Manager, Program Management

This role leads cross-functional program delivery across our Martech, Personalization, and Mobile domains. Based in Haifa, it requires a strong strategic mindset, operational excellence, and effective people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Manage a team of senior program managers, allocate tasks, coach team members, and scale PMO capabilities.
• Program Delivery & Execution: Oversee complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation, manage risks and stakeholder coordination.
• Planning & Performance Management: Oversee capacity and roadmap planning, guide quarterly planning, and use data to identify opportunities.
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Serve as a contact point for diverse teams and executive leadership; ensure clear communication and reporting.
• Innovation & PMO Evolution: Champion advanced project management tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities, strategic and analytical skills, exceptional organization, and strong interpersonal communication. Proven ability to motivate teams and drive complex initiatives in a dynamic environment is essential.
