Key Impact Areas
- Own the everyday planning and execution of the majority of site updates—with assistance from other team members. You will be the source of truth for the site calendar.
- Become our in-house expert on our CMS and be a critical player in ideating and deciding on its enhancements and improvements.
- Flex your storytelling skills by crafting landing pages to help create cohesive user journeys on site and from marketing channels.
- Help launch our new creative briefing and specs processes.
- Support the growing eCommerce team in any and all areas of site experience, A/B testing, web analytics, content creation, and more.
- Collaborate closely with and learn from cross-functional experts in Product, Performance Marketing, and Merchandising.
- Help create and maintain our new organizational system to keep trackers, shared folders, and living documents updated and easily accessible to teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content production, or operations.
- Maniacal attention to detail, strong organization skills, and creative problem solving.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, project management tools, and/or online data input.
- Has a creative eye and passion for a delightful site or app experience.
- Ability to thrive in and desire for a fast-paced, pivoting environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
- California : [$64,250 - $90,750]
- Connecticut and New York: [$64,250 - $83,250]
- Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$64,250 - $77,000]
- Nevada: [$60,500 - $83,250]
- Maryland and New Jersey: [$69,500 - $83,250]
- Hawaii : [$60,500 - $72,500]

Work Arrangement
This opportunity can be remote, but candidates must reside in a state in which Shutterfly is registered to do business. This includes all US states except District of Columbia, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
