The Opportunity: Technical Recruiter
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at Shuru. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for critical technical and leadership positions. This role requires close coordination with hiring managers, conducting insightful interviews, and expertly managing the entire recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates using diverse channels like job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes meticulously and conduct initial technical and culture-fit interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops seamlessly with various hiring teams.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines and accurately track progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Advise hiring managers on optimal job requirements, current market trends, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Support and enhance Shuru's employer branding through strategic outreach initiatives and events.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in hiring for technical roles, including engineering, data, and product.
- Strong understanding of various tech stacks, technical roles, and efficient hiring processes.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); excellent communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
