Cerner Pharmacy Inpatient Consultant at Shrive Technologies
Shrive Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Cerner Pharmacy Inpatient Consultant to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Cerner Millennium solutions, particularly in pharmacy inpatient systems, and a strong ability to resolve complex issues and guide clients through system changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide at least 10 years of work experience with Cerner Millennium, with in-depth knowledge of Cerner Pharmacy Inpatient, Pharmacy Outpatient, and Eprescribe solutions.
- Resolve complex issues in a timely manner and offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice.
- Engage in Cerner applications support, enhancements, incident management, or Cerner Millennium projects.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, manage changes, and document notes and knowledge articles.
- Guide customers through current workflows, upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
- Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution expertise, arising during operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Operate effectively in a support services and on-call environment.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Cerner Millennium architecture and its data model.
- Possess basic to good understanding of CCL (Cerner Command Language), Discern Visual Developer, and Olympus.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers and customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of Cerner Millennium work experience.
- Proficiency in Cerner Pharmacy Inpatient, Pharmacy Outpatient, and Eprescribe.
- Experience in complex troubleshooting and change management.
- Familiarity with Cerner Millennium architecture and data model.
- Understanding of CCL, Discern Visual Developer, and Olympus.
- Experience in support services and on-call environments.
- Good relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNOW and ITIL processes is a plus.
