Position Overview

The Product and Engineering Operations team supports our business by improving product quality and velocity. As a Program Manager, Product Operations, you will leverage excellent project management and communication skills to influence strategic key initiatives, primarily supporting the Product organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize cross-functional data to identify trends and strategic actions.
  • Advocate best practices and optimize tools to address data integrity issues, drive efficiency, and encourage user adoption.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge management systems to document processes, policies, and decisions.
  • Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support strategy.
  • Automate data correlation, analysis, and reporting wherever possible.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the product planning framework for transparency and efficiency.
  • Optimize product release processes ensuring smooth and high-quality market delivery.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies during the product lifecycle.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to align on product strategy and shared goals.
  • Drive change in product and engineering using process optimizations and AI tool integrations.

Role Requirements

Must haves:

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to absorb complex issues and think strategically.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Leadership and influencing skills across diverse international teams.
  • Knowledge of software development.

Bonus points:

  • SaaS software industry experience.
  • Business acumen including financial literacy and planning.
  • Expertise with Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Experience in fast-moving scale-ups.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Salesforce and similar tools.
