Position Overview
The Product and Engineering Operations team supports business improvements by enabling teams to act with speed, ease, and confidence. As a Program Manager in Product Operations at Showpad, you will influence key strategic initiatives with excellent project management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary support to the Product organization by:
- Utilizing cross-functional data to identify trends and strategic actions.
- Advocating best practices and optimizing tools to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
- Establishing robust knowledge management systems for processes, policies, and decisions.
- Preparing regular reports to inform strategy and guide execution.
- Automating data correlation, analysis, and reporting whenever possible.
- Leading the evolution of the product planning framework from ideation to execution.
- Optimizing product release processes for smooth, high-quality market delivery.
- Identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Building strong, cross-functional relationships across several departments.
- Driving continuous improvement in processes and practices; exploring AI tool optimizations.

- Knowledge of software development.

- Experience in fast-moving scale-ups.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Pendo, SalesForce and similar tools.
