About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter at ShopMy, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles in the Strategy & Operations function. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to build robust talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Your Impact in the Role

  • Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates and build pipelines.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Collaboration: Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Represent ShopMy's values and contribute to recruitment marketing.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary is competitive and flexible based on candidate experience, along with equity.
