About the Role
As an Associate, Creator Support, you will be part of the Product Support Team, playing a key role in helping creators unlock the full potential of the ShopMy platform. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the technical side of digital marketing while supporting customers and internal teams. The role operates during EST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Creator Support team with inbound support requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
- Document product issues, trends, and user feedback.
- Create support resources including FAQs and help guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate customer insights.
- Support ad-hoc projects for process improvement.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years in customer support, product operations, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
- Eagerness to learn tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Jira.
Bonus Points
- Experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Jira).
- Knowledge of the creator economy, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce.
- Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Experience using the ShopMy platform.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD base salary, with equity benefits and additional perks such as medical & dental coverage, flexible PTO, parental leave, monthly outing reimbursements, 401k, and company retreats.
