About the Role

The Associate, Growth Marketing supports ShopMy’s B2C growth efforts. This role focuses on email outreach, sign-ups, and engagement across the creator funnel. You will work closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to scale our creator community by executing email campaigns, analyzing performance data, and seeking new opportunities.

Your Impact to the Role

  • Manage new user acquisition initiatives across various growth channels.
  • Generate leads and execute targeted email campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor creator economy trends.
  • Help manage internal dashboards and track growth marketing KPIs.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years in email marketing, growth, or sales within tech/creator-focused companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw data-driven insights.
  • Experience with cold email outreach and strong project management skills.

  • Passion for the creator economy and influencer behavior.
  • Experience scaling creator marketing or affiliate programs.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range is $60,000–$80,000 USD, with flexibility depending on experience. All employees receive equity plus numerous benefits including medical & dental, flexible PTO, parental leave, reimbursements, 401k, ClassPass membership, company retreats, and Birthday PTO.
