About The Role

Join Shopify's Product Partnerships team as a Senior Product Partnerships Manager, Shipping & Logistics. This role is ideal for individuals skilled in relationship-building and navigating complex projects at warp speed, who thrive on collaboration and innovation.

You will be responsible for growing strategic alliances with top-tier logistics companies, driving their long-term success within Shopify's ecosystem. A key aspect of the role involves partnering closely with internal product, engineering, finance, legal, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences and launch groundbreaking product features.

You will become a logistics and fulfillment guru, aligning partner goals with Shopify's strategic vision. The role involves spearheading initiatives to help merchants access the perfect logistics solutions, expanding existing partnerships, and pioneering new collaborative models. Working with your lead, you will create a program to build new partnerships with previously uncollaborated logistics and fulfillment partners, broadening Shopify's ecosystem and innovation reach, while owning the deal cycle at scale. The full partnership lifecycle, from deal-making to milestone setting and growth tracking, will be under your purview.
