About The Role

Join Shopify as a New Business Account Executive where you will work with notable brands and entrepreneurs to develop e-commerce and brick & mortar strategies. You will be part of the MM New Business teams serving the UKI, the Benelux, and the Nordics, building creative account strategies and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand prospects' business goals and pains
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and sales strategies
  • Source high-quality leads and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Engage with C-level executives and manage complex negotiations
  • Collaborate across departments to refine sales methodologies

What You Bring

You have proven experience in new business closing roles, a passion for hunting new business, and are skilled in navigating large organizations. Your experience with outbound prospecting, multi-product strategies, and sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft makes you a perfect fit.

Bonus Experience

Experience in a closing B2B SaaS role, knowledge of Ecommerce, Fintech, Retail, Hospitality, and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDICC, BANT, and Challenger is a plus.
