About The Role
Your role as a Merchant Success Manager is to develop strong relationships with your merchants, provide strategic guidance, share industry best practices and insights, and ensure their satisfaction and growth on Shopify. You will serve as a Shopify advocate and help merchants grow their business on the platform and ecosystem.
Requirements
Ideal candidates have previous experience in Customer Success or client management, with a merchant-focused approach. Responsibilities include driving customer value, retention, managing a book of business, and cross-selling/up-selling. A strong technical aptitude to master Shopify, problem-solving skills, and effective stakeholder management is essential. A general understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing is highly beneficial.
