About The Role

Your role as a Merchant Success Manager Americas is to develop strong relationships with merchants, provide strategic guidance, share industry best practices and insights, and ensure their satisfaction and growth on Shopify. You will act as a Shopify advocate, helping merchants grow their businesses on the platform and within the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships.

  • Drive customer value, retention, cross-selling, and upselling.

  • Good understanding of ecommerce best practices and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a dynamic, evolving environment.
