About The Role

Your role as a Customer Success Manager Americas is to develop strong relationships with your merchants, provide strategic guidance, share industry best practices and insights, and ensure their satisfaction and growth on Shopify. You will serve as a Shopify advocate, helping merchants grow their business on the platform and ecosystem.

Role Requirements

  • Customer Success, client management, or relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to drive customer value, retention, and manage a book of business.
  • Experience in cross-selling, upselling, and strong product adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude on Shopify.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and establishing relationships at all levels.
  • Understanding of ecommerce best practices and the ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Capability to work in a complex, rapidly changing environment.

Desired Experience

  • Passion for commerce and entrepreneurial experience.
  • Familiarity with Digital marketing, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, and conversion marketing techniques.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment.
