Job Description
Handle customer inquiries, issues, or feedback from both sellers and buyers via live chat. Provide accurate assistance in a professional manner and respond to all customer requests in a timely way. Document processes and FAQs and engage in continuous process improvements. Be the voice of the customer by offering feedback to the company. Analyze customer experience reports and insights to suggest improvements, and restore issues by providing service recovery.

Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of contact center experience, primarily in customer service.
- Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Mandarin.

- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Understanding and speaking Filipino is required.
