Role Overview

Shopee is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Operations functions. This project-based role, lasting 6 months, involves assisting with forecasting and organizational structure requirements, ensuring a seamless hiring experience, and contributing to Shopee's talent acquisition success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer preparation, negotiation, and closing for Operations roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruitment events, sourcing activities, conducting candidate assessments, and managing the referral process.
  • Achieve hiring targets for assigned job openings within agreed timelines, focusing on a high fill rate, minimal attrition within the first 6 months, and a low offer fallout/rejection rate.
  • Act as a positive brand ambassador for Shopee, ensuring every candidate has an excellent hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate and readily available records and reports across all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Provide support to the wider Recruitment Team and undertake other assigned tasks and projects as necessary.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of prior recruiting experience is preferred, though candidates with less experience may still be considered.
  • Previous experience in Logistics and E-Commerce sectors is a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in both high-volume hiring and executive recruitment.
  • A strong team player who collaborates effectively with others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive and perform in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Capable of handling confidential information discreetly and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Must be open to working 100% onsite at The Podium, Mandaluyong.
