About the Role

Shopee is looking for a Projects Cross Border eCommerce professional for a 1-year contract. In this role, you will support the Projects team by conducting in-depth analysis of new opportunities and current issues. You will lead projects to optimize existing practices and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse cross-border business performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track and resolve process pain points.
  • Design, track, and optimize business processes and performance reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports from regional and local team insights.
  • Provide creative solutions addressing commercial and operational challenges.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; experience in management consulting or related fields preferred.
  • Full-time availability for the 1-year contract.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Innovative, analytical, and committed to delivering results.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is highly preferred.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proactive with strong ownership of work.
