About the Role: Project Manager, Business Intelligence at Shopee

This pivotal role at Shopee involves leading critical business intelligence projects from conception to successful delivery. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring data-driven decisions and efficient product enhancements.

What You Will Do:

• Gather, document, review, and secure sign-off for requirement documents (BRDs, PRDs).
• Own the entire User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, from planning and execution to final sign-off.
• Plan, manage, and effectively communicate feature releases and changes to the product roadmap.
• Develop comprehensive feature guides, conduct training sessions, and provide crucial knowledge support to other departments.
• Drive the successful technical delivery of assigned projects or features, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.

What We Look For:

• At least two (2) years of experience in product or project management, with a focus on data management, business intelligence, software engineering, or management information.
• Preferably possess experience within the e-commerce or FinTech industries, showcasing competencies in business requirement analysis, product design, and user acceptance testing.
• A proven track record of consistently achieving results in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex business or technical information.
• Strong collaborative spirit, excellent analytical skills, a robust problem-solving approach, and a solution-oriented mindset, particularly when addressing challenges.
• Experience working effectively within groups, demonstrating leadership through formal or informal positions (e.g., student organizations, thesis projects).
• Confidence in collaborating with individuals from diverse levels, backgrounds, and experiences.
• Ability to leverage analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data and inform key business or organizational decisions.
