Job Description
Your Mission
Responsible for specific payment fraud prevention projects, with the ability to develop processes that improve the operational and analytical efficiency of the team. Working closely with other teams, especially Operations and Product, is key to finding the optimal solution to each initiative. The Project Manager should be able to independently get information from and share information with both local and global teams, as well as to approach and negotiate with external vendors when needed.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Lead projects related to payment fraud prevention;
- Get together the Product and Payment teams for the development of cross-area initiatives;
- Develop standard operating processes on payment fraud prevention analysis;
Expected Results: Achieve overall targets settled for the initiatives within their own scope of work.
Requirements
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
- Degree Required in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related areas
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI and Basic knowledge of SQL
- Language Advanced English
- Relevant experience in Fraud Prevention or in any Project-related role.
