The Livestream Lead Seller Programs Campaign & Communication at Shopee leads seller programs, campaigns, and communications in the livestream space to enhance seller adoption and performance.
Seller Programs
Responsibilities include:
- Leading programs to increase seller adoption and enhance Shopee Live seller relationships.
- Proposing recommendations to improve processes and growth solutions.
- Creating reports to monitor seller performance and presenting to senior management.
- Overseeing negotiations and operations with agencies.
Campaigns and Communications
Core duties include:
- Managing overall campaign strategy for PH Shopee Livestream to improve performance.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders on campaign assets, vouchers, and coins requests.
- Monitoring campaign performance including assets and livestream entry points.
- Handling internal and external communications and overseeing seller education programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in Marketing or PR.
- Prior experience in eCommerce and livestream preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Data-driven, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills in Filipino & English.
