Job Overview

The Insights & Analytics Associate will support the Influencer team and regional counterparts by utilizing data to inform business decisions, strengthen proposals, craft programs, and refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and analyze Shopee Influencer performance data for reporting.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
  • Develop projection methods for budgets, targets, and simulations.
  • Present analytical outputs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Propose research plans and methodologies to generate actionable insights.
  • Conduct desk research to fill knowledge gaps during planning.
  • Support planning and execution of special projects through data analysis.
  • Report to the Creator Management Business Planning & Special Projects Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any business or research-related field.
  • At least 4 years of work experience.
  • Certifications in data science/analytics and MS Excel/Google Suite preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong skills in charting and creating presentations.
  • Ability to process, analyze, and generate insights from large data sets.
  • Adept at pivoting quickly with minimal supervision and meeting tight deadlines.
