Influencer Performance Insight & Analytics

Job Description

Shopee is seeking a professional for the Influencer Performance Insight & Analytics role. You will be responsible for processing and analyzing Shopee Influencers performance data, creating reports, dashboards, and projections. You will also propose research plans and conduct desk research to bridge knowledge gaps.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze influencer performance data for reporting.
• Create and maintain dashboards.
• Develop methods for performance and budget projections.
• Present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Set up research methodologies for actionable insights.
• Conduct desk and white paper research.
• Report to the Influencer Performance Team Lead and attend team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or research-related field.
• Certifications in data science/analytics or MS Excel are preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• Experience in a research agency or data solutions firm is preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with other analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong charting and presentation skills.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
• Comfortable processing large data sets and generating insights.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong personal ownership, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to follow directives while thinking independently.
• Comfortable engaging with upper management.
