Business Intelligence Strategy and Projects

Overview

Shopee is seeking a Business Intelligence Strategy and Projects professional to contribute to its growth objectives by improving user experience, optimizing spending/P&L and managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, ad hoc analyses, and reports.
• Present actionable insights to management both in writing and verbally.
• Drive special projects and A/B tests with cross-departmental collaboration.
• Standardize data metrics and KPIs using business process and data knowledge.
• Enhance BI tools and systems for consistent reporting.
• Collaborate with functional teams to optimize strategy, data, and product operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
• 2-3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in user strategies, growth analytics, and video analytics is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Slides, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be physically present in the office 4 days a week (subject to policy change).
