The region also includes a European Innovation Center (EIC) dedicated to research and development, as well as 2 production sites based in the Loiret.

What is the Mission?

As Responsable Social Media, Global Fragrances, you will be responsible for participating in the definition and implementation of the global and international social media strategy for the fragrance category within the Shiseido group.

Your scope of action will primarily focus on defining the social strategy and its content at an international level.

This position reports to the International Image, Communication, and Digital Director – Global Fragrances.

Main Responsibilities

FOR OUR KEY LAUNCHES AND GLOBAL FRAGRANCES COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS:

  • Conceive the full-funnel Social/Digital strategy, the editorial calendar by brand and platform, as well as the most adapted mixes and orchestrations, contributing to the development of brand image and business in perfect coherence with the product innovation plan and the rest of the "360° go to markets."
  • Adapt and support the creation of digital and social media platform content, ensuring compliance with best practices, specificities, and in close collaboration with the Marketing teams and our licensees.
  • Work in close collaboration with EARNED teams, including influence, to develop effective synergies and integrate EARNED content into social media calendars.
  • Challenge the digital activation plans of markets/regions, ensuring respect for concepts and taking into account local specificities.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance on each platform for all fragrance brands and formulate associated action plans.

Social Media Performance:

  • Define and deploy an ambitious social performance strategy, based on data insights and a solid audience and content strategy.
  • Support markets on all Social Performance and "lead generation" recruitment topics by sharing best practices and animating the local community of experts.
  • Develop innovative and bold pilot projects in partnership with our external partners (agencies or GAFA).

Tools, Coordination:

  • Support and coordinate transversally with regions and markets to ensure coherent and impactful social and digital communication: selection and implementation of a specific framework and tools, definition of KPIs, audiences, investment priorities, etc.
  • Manage relationships and follow-up with social platforms, media partners, and content agencies, fostering engagement, innovation, and BETA programs.
  • Ensure constant monitoring and regularly test new formats.

Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac+5).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Media Manager or Social Manager, having worked for a premium brand and/or in an agency.
  • Performance and Image-oriented with a very good understanding of the selective universe. You perfectly master all levers and tools from branding to conversion/redirections.

Organized, analytical, rigorous, and autonomous with great attention to detail.

Problem-solving oriented, capable of managing priorities and adapting to short and changing planning constraints.

Skills & Qualifications

  • This position is for a senior profile with solid experience in fragrance/luxury communication.
  • Significant experience in media, in an agency or advertiser side. International account experience is necessary.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • English indispensable.
  • Strategic vision and attention to detail.
