Media Coordinator Assistant Apprentice

Join Shiseido France as a Media Coordinator Assistant Apprentice in our Digital Department. You will be responsible for the operational management of advertising campaigns for all Group brands, including Shiseido, Narciso Rodriguez, Zadig&Voltaire, Issey Miyake, Max Mara, Nars, Drunk Elephant, Clé de Peau Beauté, and Gallinée.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online and offline media campaign trafficking, including asset ordering, campaign delivery, launch, and optimization in collaboration with the media agency.
• Share media plans with EMEA teams and the entire French subsidiary.
• Ensure regular reporting of campaign performance and share detailed analyses internally to inform decisions on creation and customer journey.
• Participate in building and developing media strategy across all brands with the Media Lead and other departments.
• Monitor media budget tracking monthly.
• Oversee media billing with the Finance department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand image consistency across all media supports: assets, translations, redirections.
• Conduct strategic and competitive market watch.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Media, or Digital (Bac+4/5).
• Previous media experience (client-side, media agency, or advertising sales) is a plus.
• Knowledge or interest in the beauty, fashion, and luxury sectors.
• Fluent in English.
• Dynamic with a team spirit.
• Rigorous, organized, analytical, and enjoys working with numbers.
• High attention to detail.
• Keen on new trends and media.
• Proficient with social media and the Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
