Role Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst is a key member of the Supply Chain Operations team. In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, serve as the subject matter expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Data Expert: Develop deep expertise in supply chain data, tools, and processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis: Investigate issues, identify outliers, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Analyze Trends and Metrics: Evaluate performance and generate insights that drive operational improvements.
• Develop Reporting Solutions: Build self-service dashboards and maintain reporting tools.
• Communicate Insights Effectively: Present complex data in clear, accessible terms.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements in data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analytics with strong expertise in SQL and Power BI. Supply chain experience is required, and familiarity with Python is a plus. Must be proficient in Excel and possess excellent research, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation

The targeted salary range is approximately $83,078 – $138,463 with eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.
