International Sales Specialist - US Market (Lead Generation) - Remote

Shine.com is seeking an International Sales Specialist with experience in lead generation for the US market. This is a remote, work-from-home position with a shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a leading B2B enterprise software, AI, and ML organization. The company, headquartered in Ahmedabad with offices in Pune and Canada, serves clients in Europe, the US, and Canada. They utilize AI tools combined with human intelligence to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and appointments, providing sales intelligence to drive new customer acquisitions.

Position Overview

  • Title: Sales Development Representative (B2B | Global Tech eCommerce Campaigns)
  • Experience: Over 2 years in B2B Sales or Lead Generation in the US Market.
  • Industry: Technology, eCommerce, B2B SaaS.

  • Handle Objections Like a Pro: Skillfully manage objections with insight, empathy, and product knowledge to move conversations forward.
  • Follow Through & Convert: Manage follow-ups, nurture warm leads, and document conversations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Represent Multiple Leading Tech Brands: Work on sales campaigns for Fortune 500 clients and hyper-growth tech firms, gaining exposure to diverse products and industries.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3-5 years of outbound sales/lead gen experience (preferably in B2B tech or SaaS).
  • Sharp, clear, persuasive, and confident on the phone with senior decision-makers.
  • Experience with MQL, SQL, BANT, or similar qualification frameworks.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about new products, trends, and industries.
  • Outcome-driven, energetic, and resilient.
  • Organized, proactive, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.
