Job Description
Digital Marketing Executive
Shine.com is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3 years of experience to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, online marketing tools, and the real estate customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing) to maximize ROI.
- Handle SEO and improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage social media pages and create engaging content.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for creatives and campaign assets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Maintain and update website content (projects, landing pages, blogs).
- Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the real estate sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of website management (WordPress preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
