Customer Service Executive Banking
Shine.com is looking for a Customer Service Executive for a Banking process. This role involves resolving customer queries and providing accurate information.
Job Responsibilities
- Resolving customer queries.
- Providing accurate information to customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC/Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Decent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a voice customer service process.
- BPO experience is an added advantage.
Work Conditions
- Location: Thane / Malad
- Shift Timing: US rotational shift (5:30 PM to 10:00 AM, 9.5 hours)
- Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off
- Salary: 35,000 INR in hand per month
- Incentives: 1,750 INR attendance-based incentive
- Retention Bonus: 1,30,000 INR
- Perks: One-way pick-up or drop service provided.
