Customer Service Executive Banking

Shine.com is looking for a Customer Service Executive for a Banking process. This role involves resolving customer queries and providing accurate information.

Job Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer queries.
  • Providing accurate information to customers.

Eligibility Criteria

  • HSC/Graduate degree required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Decent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a voice customer service process.
  • BPO experience is an added advantage.

Work Conditions

  • Location: Thane / Malad
  • Shift Timing: US rotational shift (5:30 PM to 10:00 AM, 9.5 hours)
  • Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off
  • Salary: 35,000 INR in hand per month
  • Incentives: 1,750 INR attendance-based incentive
  • Retention Bonus: 1,30,000 INR
  • Perks: One-way pick-up or drop service provided.
