AI Tech Lead AVP - AI Center of Excellence
Shine.com is partnering with IT organizations to hire an AI Tech Lead to contribute to their AI Center of Excellence (COE). This is a direct, full-time position as a permanent employee of the hiring organization.
Job Description: AI Tech Lead (AVP / DGM Grade)

Role Highlights:
- Own and drive AI Architecture, Solutions, and Development Delivery end-to-end.
- Implement solutions across Predictive AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI for BPM, IT Services, Digital, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Transformation programs.
- Develop AI COE technical roadmaps and AI strategies.
- Oversee MLOps, Data Pipelines, and architectural decisions.
- Manage Project Delivery and Execution through all phases: Requirement Analysis, Architecture, Model Development, Engineering, Deployment, and Monitoring.
- Architect and build complex AI systems involving LLMs, GenAI apps, Predictive modeling, Data Engineering, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and predictive ML models (Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, CV).
- Expertise in microservices architecture and API design.
- Strong command over SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps.
- Experience with data engineering tools: Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, and modern data lakehouse platforms.
